Body Aware, Pilates Classes
Pilates is a holistic approach to the bodies well being. It works more than just core-stabilizers, targeting deep postural muscles, building greater strength, rebalancing the body, hence improving the harmony between strength and flexibility. For these reasons it is recommended by many medical specialists.
Hildenborough Village Hall is a great venue for my classes, it allows me to keep my classes small, no more than 12, so I can give support to my clients giving them individual attention and hands on correction.
Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday mornings, during school term time.
