Balance Tai Chi has been running in Hildenborough Village Hall since 2012 and
is run by Rachel Moon who has been instructing Tai Chi for 8 years. We practice
the 108 move form of Tai Chi given to us by Master Moy Lin Shin. It places
particular emphasis on balance, stretching and regaining physical and mental
equilibrium. Tai Chi is a fantastic form of exercise that can be as gentle or
strenuous as you want it to be. It is a form of Tai Chi that can be practiced
by any age and we pride ourselves on being a friendly, non-judgemental group
who welcome everyone. The majority of our regular practitioners are from
Hildenborough and the surrounding areas and we meet on a Monday and Thursday
morning, 9.30-11.30 am each week.
