Pilates with Liz
Liz is passionate about keeping people active throughout life. Having taught Dancercise for over 10 years she has now expanded into Pilates specialising in common conditions including back and joint pain, osteoporosis and arthritis. This new class is aimed particularly for the over 40s.
Pilates is a wonderful way of building strength, flexibility and balance whatever age you may be. Exercises are designed to help the body move in an optimal way reducing stresses and strains on joints which can result in those annoying aches and pains. You are guaranteed to walk taller and feel more confident.
Classes will be kept small with individual attention and modifications.
Mondays 10 - 11am in the Margery Finzi Room.
£7 per session. Introductory discounts available.
